Sometimes closing date for comments fall before the next scheduled Parish Council meeting.  If this is the case an

ad-hoc planning meeting will be called, so that Councillors can review and submit comments.  The agenda is issued within 3 clear days of the meeting and will be available here, as well as the notice boards in Woolsery and Bucks Cross.
